VSS International and its predecessors have been providing Pavement Preservation Solutions in the Western US since 1919. We pioneered the use of asphalt emulsions. We introduced slurry seals and Microsurfacing, polymer modified emulsions and fiber modified slurry seals. Our Companies hold numerous patents for paving equipment innovations and material technology including Asphalt Rubber, Dope-30® dust suppression systems and Chipset® chipseal retention seals. Our Company is headquartered in West Sacramento, California with a regional office in Chandler, Arizona.
