Kevin has been a roadway engineer for more than 28 years in Arizona with the last 11 years being at the Arizona Department of Transportation. He is the Pavement Management Surface Treatment Engineer as part of Asset Management within the Multimodal Planning Division (MPD) at ADOT. He oversees and manages the Statewide Minor Pavement Preservation Sub-Program. He is also the Pavement Condition & Evaluation Manager responsible for the pavement condition survey field crews, non-destructive pavement test equipment and technology. The pavement condition survey field crews perform Construction Smoothness testing, Pavement Surface Distress and Condition Surveys, Falling Weight Deflectometer "FWD" testing, High Speed Roadway Friction testing, High Speed Airport Runway and Taxiway Friction testing and Special Testing as needed.
